This entire place is horrible. From the ice cream making some sick sometimes to the drive thru speaker never working or screeching thw whole time. Unkind management and rude to employees and customers alike. Over priced ice cream! GO ELSEWHERE !! Youll be better off

​My fiancé and I stopped by Bruster’s about 15 minutes before they closed, and the service was still fantastic! The young man working gave us a great recommendation: the Strawberry Shortcake (it has the cake and everything). Man, it was so good! ​It’s a perfect spot for families or a quick date. They have a drive-thru, but we really liked the walk-up window and the outside vibe. There are plenty of tables to relax at, and everyone there always seems to be having a good time. ​It was a quick "in and out" trip, but we loved it so much we already went back for another one! If you need to satisfy a sweet tooth, I highly suggest the Strawberry Shortcake.

I had a very frustrating experience. After placing my order, we ended up waiting far too long, especially considering there was only one person ahead of us. It shouldn’t take that much time just to make a few ice creams, yet my order of three took about 15 minutes. How long does it take to scoop ice cream into a cone? Waffle bowl? The ordering process itself was just as frustrating. Even after clearly stating what I wanted, the employee repeatedly asked me to repeat my order multiple times. It seemed like she understood at one point, but then called me back to the window again to ask what I ordered all over. That level of confusion and lack of attentiveness was disappointing. To make matters worse, the quality of the food didn’t make up for the wait. My waffle cone was stale, which completely ruined the experience. My son ordered a cone with caramel on top, but instead, it was brought out upside down in a bowl. The employee explained it was because the caramel was messy, but that’s not what we ordered. We wanted it served as a cone. Overall, the service was disorganized, slow, and careless. Between the long wait, poor communication, and incorrect and low-quality items, this was a very disappointing visit. I will not be returning.
