​"A truly disgusting and deceptive experience on 3/11/26 around 2:10 p.m. While we were in the drive-thru line directly behind the vehicle at the window, we observed the attendant playing with a dog in that car—petting its head and letting the dog lick his hand. He then immediately turned to continue serving ice cream through the window without washing his hands. When we got to the window and confronted him, he stood right there and pretended to use sanitizer, rubbing his hands together despite the fact that no actual sanitizer was dispensed. I kept my eyes on him the whole time; there was zero evidence of any cleaning product used. When we spoke to the manager, she did absolutely nothing and never even instructed him to go wash properly. If they are willing to fake hygiene standards while a customer is watching, I can’t imagine what they are doing when no one is looking. We watched him continue to serve other customers immediately after. Stay away." My frustration was a direct reaction to witnessing a clear health code violation that puts customers at risk. Whether an employee is 18 or 80, the standard for food safety remains the same. You seem more concerned with my reaction than the fact that your employee allowed a dog to lick his hand. It is a common fact that dogs engage in behaviors such as licking their own rear, sniffing contaminated surfaces, or coming into contact with feces. When that saliva is transferred to food-contact surfaces, it poses a legitimate health risk to the public. Attempting to deflect from these serious hygiene concerns by focusing on my tone does not change the fact that an employee failed to wash his hands after direct animal contact and then faked the use of sanitizer. I am not interested in debating age; I am interested in the health and safety of the customers being served at your establishment."

I have always come here and got a small cone and they fill it to the brim. But the last time i went my waffle cone had maybe 1 scoop in it. I wish i took a picture it was very disappointing for 6$. You can go to blue bell and get the sane amount they gave me for 1$. The second time I went they gave my friend the wrong flavor and it had peanutbutter in it, she is allergic. Luckily she didnt eat it. I do not appreciate this place.
