I visited this location Friday, April 24. 2026 around 8:30.l pm. The older female took my order and asked me to repeat it three times and she still did nit get it correct. Personally I feel I was cheated. I ordered three scoops of black cherry, two scoops of cake batter and my third selection was one scoop of banana pudding and one scoop of vanilla. She rang the order up twice and seems as if she was trying to ring it up in such a way to make it come out more by intentionally separating the banana pudding and the vanilla, and the amount was so small, equivalent to maybe two tablespoons. I told her I did not want a kids portion. And she tells me one scoop is a kids portion. I told her and I thought she understood that I wanted regular size scoops not a kid’s portion, yet she charged me like I got regular scoops. She only gave me a kids portion with the banana pudding and the vanilla. I will never patronize this business again. They cheat you and have the nerve to expect a tip. I have a tip. Stop being greedy and being inconsistent in Your portions. It cost me $23 for three scoops of black cherry, two cake batter but she gave me bday cake and one minuscule scoop of vanilla and one minuscule scoop of banana pudding. A total rip off. Never again!

This entire place is horrible. From the ice cream making some sick sometimes to the drive thru speaker never working or screeching thw whole time. Unkind management and rude to employees and customers alike. Over priced ice cream! GO ELSEWHERE !! Youll be better off

​My fiancé and I stopped by Bruster’s about 15 minutes before they closed, and the service was still fantastic! The young man working gave us a great recommendation: the Strawberry Shortcake (it has the cake and everything). Man, it was so good! ​It’s a perfect spot for families or a quick date. They have a drive-thru, but we really liked the walk-up window and the outside vibe. There are plenty of tables to relax at, and everyone there always seems to be having a good time. ​It was a quick "in and out" trip, but we loved it so much we already went back for another one! If you need to satisfy a sweet tooth, I highly suggest the Strawberry Shortcake.
