Usually my favorite ice cream I haven't been here for a while but I do believe they're under New Management the ice cream is not the same and my utensil had a cardboard/ other odor to it and I could not enjoy my ice cream with. Probably won't come back 😬

I’ve never seen an owner so money hungry in my life. I’ve been going to this brusters for about 15 years and I don’t think they will have my business ever again. I came by and I was like oh can I try 3 flavors. He was immediately like YOU CAN SAMPLE A LIMIT OF 2 flavors. Again, I’ve always been to this brusters for years and all of the employees always let me try around 3-5 flavors. Of course I always tipped them for this but this man, who I presume to be the owner gave me a limit, on samples. I guess he worried that 3 teaspoons of ice cream was going to harm him. So then i bought my ice cream and typically before I go I ask for coupon books. I ever in 3 cities and they have always given me coupon books for free, including the employees at this location. He was like no you have to buy those. You have to buy coupons? Does that make any sense to anyone? For example, Why would I pay $1 a coupon to buy a coupon for $1 off? What in the world kind of logic is that? But yeah he gave me my ice cream, no napkins or anything!! Go support DQ guys!

Do not go here at night. I pulled up there was three people lined up outside. We get out and get in line. The couple in the front say they have been waiting for 15 minutes and the black young lady working has only been taking the cars but told them to hold on. The hispanic young lady was standing in the back texting on her phone which she did the entire time we were there, until it was time to close. Cars kept pulling up and the young lady kept taking the cars and never came to the window. After she served the last car, she turned off all the lights and then opened the window to tell everyone in line that we were standing at the wrong window. When asked why did she tell the couple in front to hold on if we were at the wrong window she stated, “ you saw me serving the cars, if I was you, I would’ve got in my car and drove around. I didn’t tell y’all that it was the wrong window because I assumed you knew.” Horrible customer service! Yes I took pictures of the two who obviously should not be in charge of a closing shift.
