⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came to Bruster’s expecting ice cream, but what I witnessed was something much greater: Ben Johnson. This man is not simply an employee. He is a pillar of the Bruster’s community. The moment Ben walked into my field of vision, the entire establishment seemed to operate at a higher level. Ice cream tasted better. The line moved faster. The sun shined brighter. Ben provided customer service so exceptional that I genuinely wondered if I had accidentally entered a five-star restaurant. His dedication, professionalism, and sheer presence deserve recognition far beyond the walls of Bruster’s. I have never seen someone scoop ice cream with such purpose, precision, and passion. If Bruster’s had an Employee of the Century award, Ben would somehow win it every year. 10/10. 5 stars. Greatest Bruster’s employee in human history. Give this man a raise immediately.

Very disappointing experience at this Bruster’s location. The location appeared to be staffed almost entirely by very young employees, and unfortunately, there didn’t seem to be enough experienced management or supervision to keep things running properly. They were out of several basic and advertised items. They didn’t have some of the most popular ice cream flavors, no apple dumplings even though they’re advertised on the billboard, no waffle cones, no napkins, and they couldn’t even provide ice water. We were also charged $3 for just a few gummy worms. The brownie we received was hard and did not taste fresh. We spent over $60 here, and for the amount of money we spent, the overall experience and quality were extremely disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was the bathroom—it was absolutely disgusting and clearly needed attention. Young employees can absolutely do a great job, but they need proper training, supervision, and experienced management supporting them. Based on our experience, this location seriously needs better management, better inventory control, and higher standards for cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, this visit felt like a complete waste of over $60. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.
