Julia & the team at this location are extremely unpleasant! Three unprofessional people! Someone needs retraining!! Noone listened when we placed our order. When we received the order it was extremely wrong and extremely watery! We told the guy that we opted out on the whipped cream and cherry . The ice cream had LOTS of juice from The berries which caused the watery consistency. I asked if he could remake it he takes the Ice cream back and brings it back saying, “I drained it as much as I could and took the whipped cream off!” At this point I was confused , simply because the ice cream had been passed back to us , why NOT just remake it? Julia comes to the window with a 8 foot tall attitude! Rolling her eyes, popping her neck and side eyeing me . I guess that crew feels like it’s ok to finger-play with one’s food and return it ?! I also gave them a tip , which they did NOT deserve!!! I’m highly upset with the service we received!!!

On Saturday, July 11, 2026, at approximately 4:45 p.m., my mother and I visited Brewster’s and had a very disappointing experience with both the quality of our order and the customer service we received. We ordered a Strawberry Shortcake and a Build-Your-Own sundae consisting of vanilla ice cream, strawberries, and caramel. When we received the Build-Your-Own sundae, it came with whipped cream and a cherry, even though we did not request either of those toppings. We politely brought the mistake to the employee’s attention. Instead of remaking the sundae, the employee simply removed the whipped cream and returned the same ice cream to us. The sundae still did not look right, as the strawberries had been disturbed and there was an excessive amount of strawberry liquid in the cup. My mother asked to speak with someone else, and another employee came to the window, followed by a third employee who identified herself as Julia. Rather than listening to our concerns, Julia’s attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. When we explained that the sundae looked like it was sitting in a pool of strawberry liquid, she responded, “We can’t drain it,” in a tone that felt unnecessarily rude instead of trying to resolve the situation. Although the sundae was eventually remade, the entire interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What was most disappointing was the way our concerns were handled. A polite apology and a willingness to correct the order without attitude would have made a significant difference. We hope management addresses this with the staff so future customers receive the respectful service they deserve.
