Local Reviews
Bruster's has become my favorite local ice cream place. As a matter of comparison with another local favorite, I like it better than the BYU Creamery. I felt like their ice cream is softer and creamier with more well-rounded flavor. The scoops are generous and they allow you to split scoops into two flavors. Especially with the Creamery being a zoo most evenings, I would always prefer to stop by Bruster's for a tastier, more low-key ice cream experience.

2018 pre-vegan review: Really great ice cream. There's a sort of creamy texture that's unique to most. The salted caramel and Oreo flavors are my favorite so far. Normally Oreo ice cream is generic cookies and cream but this is much better. Prices are great and the portions are ample. The small waffle is just the right amount in my opinion. There's only outdoor seating so you'll probably want to eat in the car during winter.

Usually pretty good! Sometimes the ice cream is made a lil chunky with the fixings and they sometimes don’t really make flavors for a while but the quality is good! This is a peanut butter Sunday with New York Cheesecake and Graham Central Station.
