I LOVED IT SO MUCH! I decided to try 3 random flavors - cookie n cream, pistachio, and pumpkin cheesecake, somehow it all worked well together and I really enjoy really individual flavor. The pistachio has whole pieces in it, very tasty.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Bruster’s Ice Cream managed to ruin one of the most important milestone birthdays of my life — my 40th. My wife ordered a custom birthday cake in advance, and we had a confirmed date and pickup time. We showed up expecting to pick up the cake we ordered, only to be told they didn’t have it because someone apparently threw away our order. Their solution? Come back another day. What exactly is the point of a birthday cake after the birthday? We had friends and family in town specifically to celebrate, and because of their failure, I literally did not have a birthday cake for my 40th birthday. That is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone that we don't get to redo. Then, after speaking with the manager, Holly, hoping they would at least make a genuine effort to rectify the situation, we were told we would have to come back AGAIN just to pick up our refund in cash instead of simply refunding the card that was used for the purchase. So let me get this straight: you lose or throw away our cake order, leave us without a cake for a milestone birthday, and then expect us to inconvenience ourselves yet again and to come back and collect the money you owe us? No meaningful attempt to make it right. No compensation for completely dropping the ball on an important occasion. Just more inconvenience for us because of their mistake. Mistakes happen. What separates a good business from a bad one is how they respond when they make one. This could have been an opportunity for Bruster’s to take ownership and show that they actually cared about their customers. Instead, the response only made an already terrible experience worse. I will never trust Bruster’s with another important occasion. If you're ordering something for a birthday, celebration, or event that actually matters to you, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
